Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-13 · Version 1.2.0
These Terms of Service govern your use of Vet Hub. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Operated by KAVOD AI LLC, 3049 Getty Way Apt 306, Orlando, FL 32835.
Eligibility
Vet Hub is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Vet Hub. It is free to use for U.S. veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, members of the National Guard, military families, and caregivers; family members are welcome as adults, each with their own account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has an account, contact us through the contact page and we will delete it.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your password secure, and for ensuring the information in your profile is accurate. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
What Vet Hub is not
Vet Hub is an independent service. It is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. Vet Hub is not accredited by VA and is not a veterans service organization. Vet Hub does not act as your representative, agent or attorney, does not prepare, present or prosecute claims for VA benefits, and does not file or submit anything on your behalf. What Vet Hub shows, including answers from the AI assistant, is general information. For help with a claim, you can use an accredited representative; accredited veterans service organization representatives do not charge a fee. You can find one with VA's accreditation search. Benefit information links to official sources so you can confirm it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm other users; impersonate another person; post unlawful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content; circumvent the platform's security; scrape or automate the platform without our written consent; or use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal goods or services.
Content you post
You own what you post. By posting, you give Vet Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute that content, and to let our service providers do so for us, in order to run Vet Hub. You can delete your own replies in the app. If you delete your account, the threads and replies you wrote are deleted too. A thread other members replied to stays so their replies are not lost, but its title and text are replaced with "[Removed by its author]" and your name is removed. Posting means you accept the Community Guidelines. You can report any post, reply or message and block any member. We may hide content or limit or end an account that breaks the Guidelines. If you think we made a mistake, tell us through the contact page and a member of the team will look again.
Copyright and intimate images
If you believe content on Vet Hub infringes your copyright, send a notice as described on our copyright page. We respond to proper notices, and we end the accounts of repeat infringers. If a private intimate image or video of you was shared on Vet Hub without your consent, you can ask us to remove it as described on our Take It Down page. We act on a valid request within 48 hours.
Not professional advice
Vet Hub provides general guidance only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Command Center is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Vet Hub is not affiliated with VA and is not VA-accredited, and the assistant cannot decide whether you are eligible for any benefit. Information from the AI assistant or any other surface is informational, not a substitute for professional services. If you are in a mental-health crisis, contact the Veterans Crisis Line: Dial 988 then Press 1.
AI assistant
Command Center is an AI assistant, not a person. It can be wrong. Check anything important with the source it links to or with a qualified professional before you act on it. It gives general information and estimates; only the agency that runs a benefit decides whether you are eligible for it, and the assistant does not give medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, the Veterans Crisis Line is free and confidential: Dial 988 then Press 1, chat online at VeteransCrisisLine.net/Chat, or text 838255. Your messages are sent to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw your agreement in your profile.
Third-party content and sponsors
Vet Hub surfaces benefits, resources, and sponsor content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of that content. Engage with third parties at your own discretion.
Sponsors
Organizations may support Vet Hub as sponsors. Sponsored listings are marked "Sponsored". A sponsor's appearance is not an endorsement or a guarantee, and Vet Hub is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or quality of sponsor content. We do not share your individual profile with sponsors. When you open a sponsor's link you leave Vet Hub and its own terms and privacy practices apply. See the Sponsor Content Disclaimer.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile, and before you do you can download a copy of your data from Profile, Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. If your account is limited or ended and you think that was a mistake, tell us through the contact page.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vet Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vet Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Parental controls
Parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software or filtering services) are commercially available and may help you limit a child's access to material that is harmful to minors. Information identifying current providers of these protections is available from the Federal Trade Commission at How To Use Parental Controls To Keep Your Kid Safer Online. Vet Hub is for adults.
Language
Vet Hub provides these terms in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ in meaning, the version in the language you are reading controls for you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version and its date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
