Cookie & Tracking Notice
Last updated: 2026-10-13 · Version 1.2.0
Vet Hub does not set cookies for visitors or members. It keeps a few items in your browser's storage, listed below, and it measures usage with its own first-party analytics. There is no third-party advertising or tracking.
Operated by KAVOD AI LLC, 3049 Getty Way Apt 306, Orlando, FL 32835.
What is stored on your device
These items live in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage (or the app's built-in web view), stay on your device, and are removed when you clear site data. Your sign-in session (a key that starts with "sb-" and ends with "-auth-token"). Your language choice ("vh-language"). While analytics is on: a random visitor ID ("vh_vid") and, per browser tab, a session ID ("vh_sid"). Your analytics choice ("vh_analytics_optout"). When a sponsor message was last shown ("vh_sponsor_caps" and "vh_sponsor_session_count"). Your benefit filters ("vethub.v-source.filters.v1"). An unsent community thread draft ("vh-new-thread-draft"). Tips you dismissed ("vh-tip-dismissed" and "vh-assistant-tip-dismissed" followed by your account ID). Your onboarding questionnaire progress on this device ("vh-onboarding" followed by your account ID). A note that your acceptance of the Terms was recorded ("vh.terms-recorded" followed by your account ID). For the rest of your browser session, a note that the age confirmation at sign-up was not passed ("vh_age_gate_refused"). The last public service settings Vet Hub sent your device, such as whether the assistant and alerts are switched on, the minimum app version and any maintenance notice ("vh-client-config"); it holds no personal data. The bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs in a frame served by Cloudflare, which may use its own storage on your device.
First-party analytics
To understand what veterans need and improve the platform, we measure things like page views and in-app actions (such as benefit searches and sign-ups) in our own system. This data stays with Vet Hub. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers. We do not run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking technology.
Your controls
You can turn first-party analytics off on this device with the option below, or by turning on "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control in your browser; Vet Hub honors all three. You can also clear site data at any time; doing so signs you out and resets your language choice.
Analytics is on. Check the box to stop it.
